Baby Boot Camp is an innovative stroller fitness program designed to balance the fitness needs of moms while spending time with their children. Delivered by nationally certified fitness professionals throughout the United States, Baby Boot Camp stroller-fitness classes include STROLLFIT, STROLLGA, 5K Training Program, and Nutrition Solutions. Created in 2001 by Kristen Horler, Baby Boot Camp strives to help moms regain or enhance their pre-pregnancy fitness levels and meet the physical challenges of parenting by emphasizing strength training in a supportive environment.

  • Kristen Herlihy

    Kristen is a mom to two very active little ones. Following the birth of her son in 2011, Kristen wanted to regain her fitness and connect with other moms, so she found Baby Boot Camp stroller fitness classes and has not looked back. This mom & baby fitness solution has been the key for Kristen to both connect with other moms and regain fitness. With a background in psychology and social work, Kristen has an appreciation for the challenging jobs that new moms take on every day. She will look to support you, both as a parent as well as a woman who wants to be in shape to keep up with those active little ones. Kristen is AFAA certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer, as well as in Group Exercise, Barre Above by Leslee Bender, a Dr. Sears Certified Health Coach and has extensive ongoing training in Perinatal Fitness.
  • Catherine Milliken

    Catherine is a fit mom of two young boys. An avid runner, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to help women reach their fitness goals. Catherine is an ACE certified Group Fitness instructor, AFAA certified personal trainer, RRCA ceritified running coach and is also certified in Kickboxing and Pre and Postnatal fitness.

  • Jess Jaeger

    Jess is mom to Zoe and Myles. Always interested in staying fit and active, Jess joined Baby Bootcamp when Zoe was just 6 weeks old and has been a member ever since. New to fitness instruction, Jess is excited to bring a "work hard/play hard" mentality to her classes to help moms at all fitness levels achieve their goals. Jess is an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor.
  • Sarah Sinclair

    Sarah is an active mom of two young daughters. As a retired collegiate swimmer and finisher of multiple marathons, she enjoys taking her experiences to coach, motivate and inspire moms to reach any goal, big or small. Sarah is an ACE certified personal trainer, ACSM certified Health Fitness Specialist and 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher.
